Two really good ones missing from your list are Demon Seed and Silent Running. Demon Seed is one of the most prescient sci-fi films ever made in the way it depicts technology taking over our home and dictating our access to knowledge. There is also Futureworld too, the fun but inferior follow-up to Westworld.

I know these are movies but there was an excellent episode of Outer Limits where a disabled man worked for a tech company and the company's new humanoid robot was trialled at his home to help him with day to day duties etc until it went pear-shaped?
