Season 2, Episode 1

I missed the 1st Series but just watched Season 2's first episode on Channel 4. Looks really good. Decent screenplay, acting etc. For a UK screening though, there are too many commercial breaks. Like being in the States!

I've only seen this show online, but S2 Ep 1 was really great; I'm still crazy about Niska, she's so lovely!

She's my favorite character!

It was amazing. The production values has increased exponentially and the scope is more global. It's very Game of Thrones esque though, in a way that with so many characters, we only see snippets of the many storylines - not that that's bad. They found a way to balance it. I can't wait to see Odi and no one seems to be concerned about Fred (maybe he will be a reprogrammed antagonist). In Twitter, people were so into "Radiator" and I thought Barbara the synth shrink was hilarious. Niska's storyline was great, as well as the rest of the Elster synth family's. It was definitely engrossing. My only complaint are the commercials and the wait is too long til episode 2! One whole week!

I can't wait to see Odi...
Wait! What!? I didn't realise that Odi would definitely return...! 😮

He was my favourite character (after Mia / Anita) from the first series! 🙋✨

...and I loved Radiator in this first episode of series 2! In the space of literally one episode I was already attached to him...and so upset / annoyed when you-know-what happened! (to avoid spoilers). I would love to have seen him further...but then also equally interested to see the development of Hester (she definitely could be an interesting character!). 😊

You should catch up on series 1 or you'll be really lost.

You really HAVE to watch season 1 ... Just a friendly advice :)

Season 2 really is a let down compared to s1. It just feels like they're settling in for dragging you through a generic storyline.
