Ben Affleck (Bruce Wayne/Batman): last appearance was Aquaman 2, has been confirmed to be out of James Gunn’s DCU

Henry Cavill (Clark Kent/Superman): IMO I think's he's still Superman but WB have no plans for another standalone film even though I want to see one. Cavill is still open to reprising the role. However he made a cameo in 2022's "Black Adam", but was let go from the role in December 2022 and was eventually replaced by David Corenswet

Gal Gadot (Diana Prince/Wonder Woman): Third movie cancelled and won’t return for the foreseeable future. Will possibly be recast

Jason Momoa (Arthur Curry/Aquaman): Aquaman 2 will be his final appearance but could potentially play Lobo in the new DCU

Ezra Miller (Barry Allen/The Flash): Has been the recent figure of controversy following their assualt towards locals in Hawaii, followed by several other incidents. The Flash (2023) has wrapped filming. Miller may leave the role after his solo outing and be recast (confirmed, he won’t be reprising the role anytime soon)

Ray Fisher (Victor Stone/Cyborg) Wants to reprise the role again if DC head Walter Harmada is gone. Hamada stepped down recently and James Gunn is in charge of DC, so Fisher coming back is possible. Fisher won’t be coming back following James Gunn’s upcoming plans

Stephanie Hunt will be added for Zatanna in this and the Flash movie.

Wouldn't surprise me if the lineup for part two (if there's a part two) still includes Wonder Woman and Aquaman but now it has Shazam, Blue Beetle, Supergirl, and Batgirl.
