After he killed Saperstein, Harlee told Stahl that she'd get him Wozniak, but now she told her old parter/friend/whatever, that she wasn't going to let them get Wozniak, why? Just because of her plan? Or because they were lying to her and she decided the whole deal was off? What would change her mind to go from handing him to the feds to giving him a chance to escape with his wife?

I can only think that because she was abused and Woz helped out of that scenario and all the years of him taking care of her overcame the part that Woz offed Saperstein.
There's a lot that goes on in the mind of an abused woman and that's the only idea I have on it.

My personal opinion she couldn't take him down he means too much to her, his like a father to her and she a daughter to him, sure at one point she was willing to help take him down but when it came to crunch time she couldn't do it she let her heart rule over her head. I could see from the start that it was going to go that way.
