She got sucked out of the red room. Does that mean she is in the real world too?

True that. I suppose her doppelganger could get out? As of yet, no one that has died in life has come back besides the spirits that i can think of. Also, i would think it impossible because she refused BOB when she died....but you're right, anything is possible.
