I think I'll have a word with my pine cone.

It was a close contest, but this is my favorite line from episode three. The writing on this series is simply inspired! There's no other way to describe it.

Random observations:

I thought seasons one and two were a mind f**k, but season three is a mind f**k on steroids.
Andy is goofy, and what's the deal with his hair?
Lucy is crazy. End of sentence.
The Wally Brando scene was LOL hilarious! Way to go, Michael Cera!
Another great quote: "My dogma is the road. Your dogma is...(gestures to surroundings)"
Coop has been wiped clean mentally. Clean.
Another great line: "Car sick. Cossacks are in Russia."
Still one more: "What? No cheese and crackers?" Second best quote. (RIP Miguel Ferrer.
Hope one of his kids becomes an actor.)

Questions:
Who is FBI Agent Phillip Jeffries? Have we seen him before?
What is "Blue Rose"?

philip jeffries is a mysterious FBI agent played by DAVID BOWIE!!! He appeared in Fire walk with Me and his role was extended in Missing Pieces.

Blue Rose is another reference to Fire Walk with Me im not sure something about a head. I think you need to watch the Missing Pieces to find out I havent seen it myself though..

Oh okay, I vaguely remember him now, thanks.

And "Missing Pieces" (2014)? Wow! That is a piece of the Twin Peaks universe I was unaware of.
I will have to watch that asap. Thanks so much for the heads up!

Wally was great but it's "My dharma is the road. Your dharma is..."

Oh okay, thanks. I have trouble understanding the actors sometimes. It's a sure sign.

That's a new word for me. I should have known that since I visited India and Nepal in 2015. I was in Kathmandu three weeks before the earthquake. That was so sad. I was the only one of the 13 in our tour group to climb a particular tower in a temple complex. They gave me 10 minutes. Three weeks later it was a pile of rubble. Now sadly nobody will ever climb it again.

"Blue rose" could be code for extraterrestrial. We'll find out but that's the way it's looking.

An excellent theory. Okay, thanks again. Man, I sure am glad we have MovieChat!

I think "blue rose" is code for supernatural, and I have a hunch we could be dealing with interdimensional culprits here, as opposed to extraterrestrial, if a distinction can be drawn, we'll see.

You could be right there. Thanks!
