how the heck could he have possible survived decades and if good dale cooper comes back what could happen

I'd like to think that as Cooper Bob murdered so many people in Twin Peaks that the living ones were scared away and when we return to Twin Peaks it's now a ghost town.

I did see a sneak peak on YouTube where the David lynch character and Sarah palmer are now dead and in some afterlife wherever that is and I wonder why people age in this afterlife

It'll be super interesting to see what Lynch does with this.

We have a HUGE chunk of time that had to of passed since the last time we visited the characters
