I'm not sure how many people are familiar with the theory that Nancy Reagan was a post operative sex changed Adolf Hitler. Some went to Nasa. Some went to to the department of labour and some Nazis went to Hollywood and had sex changes. It's the only thing that can possibly explain the war on drugs.
Considering how important this is I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned in the dossier.
