I saw it tonight. Loved it.

Through most of the movie I was imagining how I would help the various characters if I could... I wish I could win the lottery. It would be so nice to not only make some of my own dreams come true, but to make others' lives better too.

To siobanphotogirl: are you going to see the new theater christian movie called "War Room" It just open at Theaters. God willing, we plan on seeing tomorrow 8/29/2015. I heard from a source that this movie will be the top number 2 movie this weekend. Hope you can show your support by going to see it at a Theater near you.

To logan-d-d: with all due respect: the phrase "having sex" is really awful. Maybe it's just me, I wasn't raised to say things like that.

To Mr. PizoDeMadera, Yes, God made intimacy for MARRIED PEOPLE, between two people it's a beautiful thing but many have turned it into something filthy. The answer to your term: JESUS IS BETTER THAN ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD because HE is NOT a temporary solution but a eternally solution. If you would find out for yourself (by reading the New Testament -Bible), you would know what I am talking about. I am old so I have lived my own way and I was totally miserable. Then, I got tried of spinning my wheels and going NO place, so I tried it God's way - NOW, I am content and God provides for me and my family. Thanks to the Lord, He blessed us a brand new house. He blessed us with a luxury new car. God takes care of His own. Since I turned my life over to Jesus, I don't look back to my old life and I am FREE from those temporary deities. Praise God/Jesus!

There's lots of films that I like that aren't going to win awards.

Unlike you, I don't go on film chat boards and whine about films I'm not interested in before even seeing them. Assuming you see the films you're critical of.

The awful awful "Faith of our Fathers" made me appreciate this movie more. Why is it so hard to make a good Christian based film nowadays?

Because it is hard to make a good film period ;-)

And that kinda makes it extra hard to make a good christian film due to the nature of christian films.

Shouldn't matter to much though,you'll always have the book and some christian told me once he would always find something nice to read after randomly opening it so it will not get boring soon either.You christians have it so easy compared to us atheist who never seem to find something worthwhile to watch AND read.
