Brilliant new show
I haven't liked any Douglas Adams adaptations - his humor is very literary, in that it works on the page but not so well on screen ... But this is brilliant. I described it to a friend as a cross between Fringe and The IT Crowd. The actor who plays Dirk is excellent ... irritating enough not to be likeable, but likeable enough not to be irritating ... a remarkable balancing act. The other performances are also excellent, with Elijah Wood being a perfectly timed straight man to Dirk.
