I've been searching all over the net for some shred of information about this, but does anyone know what music is being played in the Rowdy 3 van? Or better yet, at the 20:00 mark on episode 3?

No, but thanks for the link! I'm starting to think it's just part of the custom score though (since shazam returned no results, or nothing that was accurate anyway), so will be keeping an eye out for that.
