Can someone explain its significance and what happened to it? It wasn't in the Keats book at the end.

I suspect that the software program will be a big part of season 2. Brooks company will have a back engineered version of it, or perhaps the original version now that the two principal coders are dead. Of course, that could be a misdirect, and Asian lady might also be working for another company, so the Judges wrath directed at Brooks could come back as a misfire. But sinc brooks building was made from concrete that was still liquid hours after the pour, it won't take much to bring that building down, especially in an earthquake zone, and we know how much God loves using earthquakes to get his point across.

The fact that she had the book that was stolen at the same time Jocelyn was raped shows that she at least was complicit in it, whether she ordered it or not. In her conversation with Crystal, she clearly showed that she didn't like Jocelyn, so while not explictly stated, enough is said to prove she likely knew about it.
