Well technically he sent her into anaphylatic shock which of course could be deadly. But as far as we know it only affects 6's.

What I don't get is why they let her turn back into a six?

If they were going to kill her anyway once she turned, what harm was there in playing 'penis roulette' once a day and keeping her human? Worst case scenario, she dies, which is no different that what ended up happening. Best case scenario, she survives for another day, or ten, or a hundred by getting regular dick juice injections.

It was revealed the next week that she was a six, and all of the green goo was hers.

So, what the *beep* happened? It wasn't exactly explained in that episode, but previously it was shown that he could physically effect the goo. The best theroy is that his "excitement" pushed almost all of the goo out of her. Nonetheless, it was a f'ing freak show. LOL
