This was good!

Unike other lifetime movie stinkers, this movie actually kept me entertained and invested with the characters. It's filled with so many twists and turns that you don't know who to trust; and it's not the least bit predictable. Jennifer Beals is also a good actress.

Sounds like I should have watched the whole thing instead of the last 15%. 

I thought the first hour was a little boring, but the second half was decent. I kind of expected that outcome though. This movie reminds me a lot of another Lifetime movie I saw years ago, but I can't remember the name. It was a little different though. A girl showed up to a couple's house claiming to be their daughter that disappeared a long time ago when she was a kid, but she was really just trying to scam money or something like that.

I agree.. I did not see that twist coming. Good Movie

I'm glad she was vindicated in the end. It was certainly clear (unless we were meant to see what she was seeing) that she wasn't seeing things and he was gaslighting her. It was clear that Gabe was trying to use this ruse to get rid of Liz, but I wondered if he'd tried to do that to her before and that's why she had a breakdown the first time. He was very manipulative and tried to turn AJ against Liz. And am I the only one who thought it was creepy when AJ would moon after Kaitlin and Jackie?

And apparently angry and violent outbursts run in the family.

Liz was way too good for him. He was Lazy free loader who made bad music and slept with teenage girls. He got his and Liz ended up waaayyyy better off

I was NOT expecting that. This is the first time Lifetime has thrown me off at the end. I can always predict was going on in their movies( it dont Stop me from watching) This shocked me.. Good job Lifetime!

Although I found it quite predictable, I really liked it. The thing I was concerned about was whether they lived in a no-fault state. LOL. Since she was the primary breadwinner, she could potentially end up having to pay him spousal support.

The movie was a bore, but Jennifer was great in it.

The plot was different from what I am used to from Lifetime. Loved the twist in the end. The husband is a freeloading loser who wanted more. My thing is did he really think his son would accept as his stepmother a girl he believed to be his sister? I was expecting the girl to be a psycho but not that the husband was a jerk.

reply

yes...Caitlin is actually a nice girl for one that lies her way into your house and and fcks and conspires with, your husband

on the plus side, she helped her romantically-challenged son become the main man wiht the main girl, and she totally did not fck with the Mom's computer, at all..

You actually want a happy ending for her..instead of she gets to be with a philandering non-earning musician more than twice her age..
