'Lies. Lawns and Murder'
This was a tragic episode, but also very strange. The one man who is an amputee shot his neighbor in the foot or leg after he throws a tree stump at him hitting him in the head, but they don't arrest the shooter, only the other man for throwing the stump. The reason: "We don't arrest disabled people in wheelchairs." Does this mean anyone in a wheelchair can go around shooting people and there are no consequences?
