Difference between this and Nightmare Next Door?

I don't watch Nightmare Next Door but is it the same concept as this show or something a bit different? I know a lot of these shows have similar themes, like Scorned Love Kills and Deadly Affairs, for instance but are these two the same?

Similar in the way that it's about killing your neighbor however it's different since this show is about neighbor feuds gone wrong while Nightmare Next Door is mostly about people killing their neighbor most of the time with no real motive other than they are just crazy.
