In summary, Jonathon Edington and his family moved next door to the house where 59 year old Barry James lived with his aging parents. There were some issues. Eddington & his wife claimed they could see Barry walking around naked in his downstairs bedroom. Barry was a diabetic and had difficulties with heat. Police are called, they recommend the Edington's buy some window blinds.
Mrs. Edington, returning home from a trip with her daughter, calls her husband at home and claims 2-year-old said something that has her completely convinced Barry James molested the child. Mr. Edington goes beserk, grabs a knife, climbs through Barry James window and proceeds to stab Barry to death in front of his 91-year-old mother. Barry dies, police arrest Edington, he and wife repeat molestation accusations. forensic team investigates with a fine-toothed comb and finds nothing. After thorough investigation, police conclude the molestaion never occured anywhere but in the parents head. John Eddington goes to jail, Barry's family receive $315,000 in a wrongful death suit.

This was actually covered on another I.D. program. Can't remember the name. It was very sad. :( His neighbors were sickos. Makes you wonder what was going through that guy's head.

Indeed it was covered! It was featured on what I think is probably one of the best shows the ID channel has ever made. The name of the show is Fatal Encounters, the name of the episode was "Killer View" and it was the 8th episode of the 3rd season. I really hope Fatal Encounters is returning. It's a powerful show with strong narration, much like Fear thy Neighbor, but a little better in its level of suspense.

I know Fatal Encounters covered it, but I would like to see Fear Thy Neighbor's take on it. It's interesting to see how various shows treat the same story.
Just like I wish Deadly Women would do Susie Nussam Lynch, even though they covered her on Southern Fried Homicide.
