Nail in the Coffin Episode
I seriously doubt the last name of those punk kids is "Rosser." I'm gonna look it up but I bet it begins with an R and ends with a Z.

Those kids were complete monsters. What do you want to bet that Mr Spinella has spent a good deal of time in prison?
I can't believe that man was convicted of homicide and received life. People have gotten less time for far worse. If anything, that was manslaughter. He must have had a terrible attorney to get that sentence.
Oh hey, look who I found:

I couldn't believe one of those monsters even agreed to be on the show. I bet all three of them have been in prison at least for a short period.
I agree 100%. He needed a better attorney. He shouod have easily been able to claim it was an accident, which it basically was.. what would have happened if he'd stopped the truck right there? They were outnumbered by a bunch of thugs that had been terrorizing them for years...did none of that get brought up in the trial?
A telling sign is the neighbors reluctance to be on camera without the use of shadows 15 years later. Do those monsters still live in that same house? Fear of retribution?
The way the prosecutor was talking like the Monster family was complete garbage and caused all this...At first I thought he was an attorney for the man convicted of the murder....did you notice that?

This one is funny! The people on the board are straight up ruthless towards that Monster (Spinella) family:

Felt bad for the kid getting killed. What a tragedy. This show really drives home how something little can snowball fast.
shareWhat child? This is the episode with the 3 white trash kids that harass the whole neighborhood and one young man and family in particular until the dad has had enough and goes over them and accidentally runs over the Uncle...unfortunately, he didn't hit one of the kids. They basically had no mother. Even now, 15 years later, the neighbor's would only appear in shadow.
shareOhh... I thought it was one of the kids. My bad. Been watching too much I.D. the shows start to blend together.

As an ID Junkie I feel 'ya! Same thing happens to me...Fear thy Neighbor and Nightmare Next Door...what's the difference? Lol
And I've seen several of the same cases on different shows throughout the years. I'd say the Bobby Kent one the most I guess. The one they made the movie "Bully" about...
