Um... where did Karai go?

When April and Vern had to face Karai and she beat the snot out of them, how did she get beaten? Because in the cinema where I saw the movie, the next scene was something with the Turtles or Casey and then the following scene back with April and Vernon, Karai was gone. What happened?

That's so stupid. Knock out Karai just like that? Ah, what am I saying, the whole movie was dumb.
