Will Paramount and insurge reboot the TMNT film series again?

With Out of the Shadows flopped and killed the franchise, will Paramount and Insurge reboot the teenage mutant ninja turtles film series again in a few years without any involvement from plantinum dunes?

Hopefully, if they can base it off the new cartoon show/comics, they can have a hit.

They could drop the teenage mutant from the title of Ninja Turtles the adventure begins.
