Will they do a bay-less tmnt reboot in a few years?

With the poor box office of tmnt out of the shadows, will Paramount and Insurge do a Michael bay-less TMNT reboot in a few years and to be titled "Ninja Turtles: The Adventure Begins?"

Bay was apparently an executive producer in name-only this go around, cause if it truly had his fingerprints all over it like the last film did, it would have been a box office hit. People complain about the man yet he puts butts in seats, something this movie didn't do.

So if they really want a franchise, they'll give him as much control as he had over the first film. He didn't direct it, but it was otherwise his film.

Bay's fingerprints and bodily fluid stains ruined the first movie so badly that, no matter how little involvement he has in this one, they will rub off onto any sequel. Out of the Shadows was by far much better than the last film, but it had left such a bad impression that many fans will just wait for this one to get to netflix, basic cable, or their local library's dvd section before giving it a chance.

But I also said it was better than the last one. Never said it was actually good. :P

Thit and thpin!

Untrue.

Bay was heavily involved in both movies but since he was filming Transformers 4 he was less involved with the 2014 movie. After shooting for Transformers wrapped he watched Liebesman's first cut of the movie and hated it and order more than half of the movie be re-written and re-shot with plot changes and a greater emphasis on humor.

Bay was greatly involved in the sequel all the way through. When Nemec and Applebaum strongly felt Casey Jones didn't fit into their story Bay pulled rank and demanded that they find some way to shove the character in. You can also bet your bottom dollar that the NYPD emphasis in the movie was Bay's idea too.

Yeah, that is exactly the problem. Either he should have left Leibesman's version alone or he should have never been aloud to be part of the production. Or, better yet, both.

Like many people, I didn't go see it cause I hated the first one, even tough I'm an hardcore TMNT fan.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: God, I hope so.

They should drop Teenage Mutant from the title of the Bay-less reboot of TMNT, Ninja Turtles: The Adventure Begins and to have actors in rubber-made animatronic turtle costumes like in the original Live-Action film series but the CGI Turtle heads would be added to the Mo-Cap Faces of the Actors.
