Turtle costumes and CGI turtle heads for the 2nd TMNT reboot

If they reboot the TMNT film series again, they could have actors in their turtles costumes like in the original live-action TMNT film series but their Mo-cap faces would be replaced with CGI Turtle heads in post-production.

Why CGI the heads at all? The costumes look fine

The Full Mo-Cap CGI Turtles in the 2nd TMNT reboot are very expensive. Actors and Stuntmen in Turtle Costume would do the work but Mo-cap facial expression for CGI turtle heads to be added.
