So let me say this here and now. I predict this to be a train wreck. The director was hired just before filming. Reese Witherspoon had them change her character's role. Reese & Nicole Kidman, who shared being producers, didn't even sit near each other at press conferences. There were rumors of major ego clashes on set. Reese admitted that (ha, ha) she yelled at the director, while he was, I don't know, directing.

This is top heavy ego driven, CAA in house project that will topple over.

You seem biased against Witherspoon while a huge fan of her ex. But tell me: where did you hear this? Plus, Kidman has great respect for Witherspoon.

What a grip! That's from counting money.

I seem biased against RW & am a fan of her ex, for reasons not to be disclosed but is also how I know the rumors.

I've searched high and low for what you were talking about and I can't find it. I guess rumors are just that.

That's my first guest but that's the same old song and dance. Industry whispers, what's true what's not, etc. It's just sensationalism. Other than one drunken moment, Witherspoon is known to be humble. You are just taking things out of context. From what I read about the character, Witherspoon seems to make her more exciting.

That doesn't even make any sense. She options the book, coproduces the series, casts herself in her role...and then changes the role, changing the entire dynamic of the interplay between characters.

😒 THAT'S humility.

I don't really have a problem with stans, having been one myself, except when they deny it.

She didn't cast herself; the other producers cast her in the role. She could've easily have not been in this but they insisted. Remember, she didn't fire David Fincher when he told her no for the lead.

I have no answer to someone who believes all that.

All I'm saying is that we don't know if those rumors are true or not. We don't know anything about these strangers so why make assumptions?
