Cassie

OK...she predicts who's going to come through the door before they do, and other neat tricks. How many times would this need to occur day after day, year after year before someone decides to call in a paranormal team to investigate? Even Sam on Bewitched did a better job of hiding her powers.

If you were one of the step kids, wouldn't you have freaked by now?

The gay jokes are lane. Grow up.

Not sure really how many "neat tricks" she actually does -- people have already been noting there isn't much "witch" on this show.

Radar on MASH seemed to predict things as good as she did and people didn't worry about him. Besides, small towns always have characters.

Cassie knows exactly the name of each person who's about to walk in the door, and she announces it.

Cassie knows when specific people are in trouble and goes after them.

Cassie knows exactly what problems people have before anyone, including the doctor knows.

Cassie knows what people's favorite foods are and sends it to them before they even crave the foods, and she knows their school/work schedules.

She knows when big snow storms are going to hit the town, and can predict weather.

Cassie knows how to solve people's problems even before they know that their problems are, and she has the perfect herbs to cure problems.

She apparently flies a broom, or can materialize in different places.

She knows when people are telling lies.

And that's just the short list.

Are you sure you've been watching these movies and TV series episodes?

Even the ghost in the film 'Mama' couldn't pull off all those neat tricks.

We see her know a few things -- we'd need to see her do that more than she does on the show to get a true sense of her powers.

I don't recall her doing some of the things listed that often at all. Other people can tell the signs for weather even w/o her seeing information online -- you get a sense she does that now and then just like Abigail did. That is, look mysterious by doing things that can be easily explained.

She doesn't actually fly on a broom or materialize. People can read people and the people in this show are fairly easy to read. Those monsters on Scooby Doo must have threw you every time.

I really think you should watch the movies first before commenting Shelly.

She doesn't actually fly on a broom or materialize.

Actually the movies strongly suggested that she does use a broom. Which is why Jake asked her why the broom was at the house and then at the store when the vandals destroyed the store.

And she was captured on digital recording as materializing, which was put on the internet. Whether you want to downplay that doesn't explain why the writers included those scenes.

The Catherine Bell, Book and Script monopoly? It's good to be boss.

Cassie sounds like a pretty handy person to have around.
