shareIt was pretty epic. Possibly the best scene. The Pathos in the way they showed her strained relationship with her Father....oh, I mean Fin..was incredible.

It's been a while since I saw the original - did they flirt in that one? I saw the Rifftrax Live Sharknado 2 recently and Nova wasn't in that one.

That more or less translates to the writers not being able to use his character in the third movie. It could also translate to the original actor not wanting to return, which is true, but since the filmmakers had no issue recasting Claudia (and Matt in the fourth film), I don't think that would have prevented the character from appearing in the third.
