So what's up with the realtor lady?
Is she somehow a part of the whole demonic thing going on in the house? Or is she just one unlucky realtor who always gets stuck selling this house of nightmares?

Oh she's not unlucky, that's one sweet thing she's got going on, she sells the house and gets her cut and commision-the family dies- and she just resells to the next unsuspecting family, heck, at the rate they're dying you could sell that house half a dozen times in a year. They just drop like flies.
