Whale Rider ?
How does this compare to Whale Rider?
I thought that was a wonderful little film, but I get the impression Eagle Huntress is not in the same vein. Maybe they are both ethno-centrically bad? I was intrigued by EH but now I'm not sure.
I know it sounds easy to say "just watch it and decide for yourself," but I don't like feeling uneasy about what I'm going to ingest. Like a dumb-ass conservative republican, I might think it's good when it's actually really bad !
