You can tell that Lifetime movies are written for women. The men in these films always seem incapable of protecting their women. I can't remember the last time I saw a Lifetime movie where the husband or boyfriend was able to protect his wife, girlfriend or family. What was the last film you saw that had a man as the hero?
shareWell since lifetime is a channel specifically geared toward women and female empowerment of course the hero is going to be a woman. I agree though that the men are often portrayed in a ridiculous fashion.

Love to Kill and Killing Daddy. I'm not sure Killing Daddy counts the lead character was about to kill the housekeeper(possibly her father's girlfriend) until the family lawyer calmed her down. Lately not only are they weak they get killed off.
