At the end of the movie Max wakes up on the 25th, having either dreamed or everyone not remember the past few days. So what happend to the past 2 days if none of it happened, or if it did happen but they don't remember till Max opens his present.
That's actually not correct either. They clearly all DID remember it - that's why they were all suddenly so nice and trying to get along and have a good time together. They certainly didn't act like that the day before! They just thought it was a bad dream, and learned their lesson from it. But when he opened the present, they realized it wasn't just a dream.
If you watch the film, you can see it all happened in one day(the morning where the power is out, to sunset at the end.) The opening of the advent calendar was just for staging the mood and scene transitions. They didn't have enough firewood for two whole days in frigid temperatures either.
You mean at the end of the movie????? What does that have to do with the price of tea in China?
If you watch it again, you will see that it is one day of terror with some pauses in between events. Before the 24th is opened the tree had previously burned. It is still smoldering after the opening of the 24th. So, no, it is one day, and only one day.

They woke up, the girl went to her boyfriends, she didn't come home that night and they went looking for her. the uncle fell asleep on his watch, and the creature took his boy up the chimney. The next day it all started over, and it wrapped up that night which was Xmas eve.
