Spoiler--question about Michael

Did Christine really have strong feelings for Michael? When they were on the boat she mentioned she only wanted to be with him and I think she meant it. Then when he died, she was genuinely distraught over it. He was the only one that I think she really cared for.

I thought she was starting to get actual feelings in general because I thought she started to have feelings for David her boss (probably transferring from Micheal due to events) because there was no money being exchanged with her boss. I felt that was her last attempt at anything that resembled actual intimacy before that wall seemed to go up, but maybe Michael had a lot to do with that too.

Michael was propably her favorite client- but she didnt have actual deep feelings for him. She really liked him tho. The part where they go swimming on the boat and goes missing is him testing her. When she sees he did that she realizes they speak the same language. Micheal has seen many pro girls before and knows the game, the fact that he has a disfigurement or fungus whatever on his foot is him opening up to Christine. Christine could care less shes not attracted to any of her clients physically. But their is some what might see as good in Christine, she doesnt really judge people on their inadequacy becuase she knows shes insane. She was generally suprised when he left her money tho, and trying to figure out how to get it with no indifference.

I thought she was the first pro he was with. He was sad because his wife had passed away. That's why his kids were confused about the inheritance, they probably thought she was a gold digger. I didn't think he was playing a game with her at all. I think he was lonely and genuinely liked her because she made him happy.

It seems like she cared deeply about him as a person and friend, not lover. When she said she wished she could spend more time with him, it sounded like a line or something she says to all her clients.

Did she finally get the money from Michael? Since I think that storyline wasn't fully solved.... or was it?

She wanted to get the money but not being exposed as a prostitute, but in the end she was exposed. So, what happened with the money?

I don't think she got attached to anybody, but Michael's death caught her by surprise and affected her. It's like showing her human side instead of the cold side she usually showed in everything she did.

Yes it was resolved, after the private investigator threatened to expose what she did to her family and employer. Her lawyer got them to back off and they signed an agreement they would not expose Christine as long as she made no claim on the money and she was pissed about losing the but agreed on her lawyer's advice and signed off on it.

She never got the $500,000 from Michael's estate.

The money she did end up receiving as from the sexual harassment suit the firm paid her 1 million to keep quiet and go away.
