I'm not really feeling it. The fun and and sincerity of the early seasons are gone. The actors walk around and speak their lines but hardly touch or interact with each other or the set. It feels like they are not part of their surroundings.
That's a real shame. I've been holding off on S5 to see how it develops after finding S4 really boring and random. I guess I won't bother then. Thanks!
It also is a lot of ham fisted social commentary about equality for zombies. Apparently if don't want your kids playing with zombie kids you're a hateful bigot. It doesn't really work as an allegory for anything IMO. It is shame because it's better than the last two seasons.
they got out of that in the second half of the season though , once the nu country had been torn apart.
then you got the fun stuff , like murphys best little whorehouse , the Dam people , the scrapyard monster....

I quite enjoyed Docs potted history of the constitution too , very educational.
