I understood they backtracked to introduce this new villian...but we are talking about Z-Nation here. Does The Man REALLY need an introduction? His introduction would have been cooler at the end of episode 2.
What would be GREAT was if Citizen Z's interruptions in the show was replaced with The Man. That is a character that NEEDS to go!

Honestly i'm just glad there was a S3.
It did leave me to ask, ok who the heck is this guy, why is he gathering up doctors and for whom.

I think the airing of S3E1 and S3E2 should have been swapped. All they had to do is change when the name on the paper was revealed. IMO, it would have told a better story.
