I think he will die in the season finale. He's done a lot of evil things in his past and I think he'll pay for them by giving his life defending a group of innocents. I figure he'll hold off a zombie horde until help arrives, getting bit in the process. Then before he dies he shoots himself in the head so Warren won't have to mercy him.
