I must have missed something at the very end of the 1st episode of the current season. The ep where the little boy is kidnapped and 10 thousand has a thing for the sister.

I remember it ending with him running after her as she was killed and then being injured. That is it. , I usually don't delete eps before a season is over,but I did,
When I went to ep two,which actually says ep three,but so does the next one.??! the group were being taken over by military. It is called A new mission... the next one is called Murphys Miricle. So,I'm assuming that the season opening was two eps..

Here is the thing ..I have direct tv., the offerings for what I can get on demand .,and I waited a month now...is just ep 3 and ep 3 ,, I know weird. But the titles are the same as I have on the DVR. So,I recorded the first epi again to find to the end. and it won't let me ff.
And I e tried the ways you're suppose to get around f it without success.

So I'm wondering...I must have.missed a set up for this military take over for the group at the end of the ep before A new mission,,Can someone fill in the blank form 10 thousand Falling and getting injured to the beginning of A New Misson? Thanx. I'm thinking it isn't much.

The 1st episode (which they might now consider Episodes 1&2) was a flashback episode. I think its between S2E13 and S2E15. S3E2 "A New Mission" (now E3?)is after S2E15 making it the true S3 premiere. You might want to check out Syfy.com for the episodes and a better explanation then I can give here.

Answer to your question:

The first episode of season 3 is a flashback, it takes place around episode 6 in season 2. (Cassandra is still alive, Lucy is a baby and Vazques is off with La Raina.)

Season three continues with the same timeline as season two, so episode 3x02 comes in direct line after 2x15.

As for 10K, he was shot in the guts during 2x15, and brought on to Zonas submarine. As Murphy finds out that the CDC no longer exists, he blows up the submarine. He bites Dr. Merch, Captain Matheson, two guards and 10K (To save him, or he would have bled out) turning them in to Blends.

I've seen season 1&2 but didn't remember the ending, often I will save a or rewatch the last ep again....since it is a whole year between.
I didn't this time. Ok. This helps.
