I love how that instantly made her better. She didn't even need any antibiotics. That aspect alone makes z apocalypse superior to real life.

Allowing the pus to drain off and thereby removing the cause of the sepsis could actually cause a pretty fast improvement. But Addy should have been spitting blood for at least 15-20 minutes afterwards, as people who had their wisdom teeth pulled can probably confirm.
