I'm guessing she is one of the Red Hand since they didn't actually show her die. Vasquez would be obvious for the leader.

The Idea about Vasquez being leader of the Red Hands was also posited by another viewer, celticwolff, in their post titled "Red Hand leader-speculation." I thought it was a great idea that I had not even considered when I read it there and here - Kudos to both of you!

I was thinking the same thing about Vasquez posing as Escorpion but the Red theory never crossed my mind.
