She is a higher profile actress on a B grade show.. Was she embarrassed to be part of this?

You misunderstand how IMDB works. Much of the information on this site is input by site users, the same as Wikipedia. That includes regular, casual users, and industry people. You will notice that the entries for TV shows are often incomplete until weeks after a show airs. It takes time for people to notice mistakes or input more information. The actress likely has nothing to do with whether she is listed here. If you notice someone missing, you can submit the fix yourself. Or, check back after a little time. The listing will likely be more complete.
Often, for TV shows, ony the main cast is correct for new listings and guest stars credits are only added weeks later. If an actor has a good agent, they might make sure to update things sooner.
