How good can this movie be with a Cheap Five Million Dollar Budget? That is barely paying the crew to film the movie, directors, producers, and the special fx!
They should have done this as a one time tv movie.
how good can a movie be with a 200+ MILLION dollar budget? Budget and quality are not mututally exclusive. Chasing Amy? 250k.. Dogma ? 7 Milion.. Desperado? 7 Million. Reservoir Dogs 500k.
Sure you can do bigger flashier things with more money.. but that doesn't mean it will be a better movie.
Star Wars? 10 Million. Phantom Menace projected 150-200 Million.

It Follows had a budget of 2 million dollars and it looks like it had a bigger budget than that.
