Where can I watch this? Is there even a trailer? IMDB says it was released in January. Cannot find much info about how to actually watch this.

Get in your time machine and go back to January. Then attend the Sundance Film Festival. That is the only option for now, although I expect others to arise this fall.

Kevin is taking this film to the MPAA to get an appeal on the R rating to bring it to a PG 13. He tweeted recently that US tour of the flick and trailer will be coming in May with a full (probably limited) release come August.

No. Actually, it's opening in theaters on July 29.

That's good news a limited release I would assume and we over here in Europe will be lucky to ever see it in the cinema but good,just wish they'd get it out on blu ray or through the streaming services though
