I was kinda thinkin the same....At first I was like, ok , he's a midget but dont underestimate him cause he must have some crazy skills, but nah not really.......just an insane midget with knives......I still think its funny that he was Nazi infatuated.....I mean, the actual Nazis would have gassed and cremated him for bein "disabled" just as easily as if he was a Jew......I get tryin to be ironic, but c'mon......later in the movie, they have a tall, white German speaking guy called "Death-Head", wouldnt he be the more ideal candidate to be a Neo-Nazi? Tutu aside lmao......

Regardless it is still a small man with knives and I am a much larger man and If I had a bat with nails in it I sure as *beep* would have been able to take him out.
I thought Death-Head was such a waste. Instead of some huge crazy slavic guy they put him in a dress or w/e and made him pathetic.
Honestly was pretty disappointed in how easily they took out the other Heads so quickly. I would be curious to see what the actual screen time is for each of the heads.
The actor who played Doom-Head did a great job but again he is just a wirey psycho with two switch blades. They just wanted to make him the big bad but if you had two normal sized men or larger women with weapons you could easily take the guy down by rushing him.

What's funny is Sick Head in the concept art looked like a deranged little clown, like down right frightening. Death-Head in the concept art looked like a killing machine, not some nihilist in a tutu. He didn't look imposing at all compared to the concept art. Why the changed the original designs is beyond me. Shock value I guess but it fell flat.
