It was kind of bugging me since he was wearing the hoodie it was a bit hard to tell at first. It's Chester from The Wire! Even has the same name haha. He was in Treme too.

Hahah. I recognized him from Generation Kill but didn't recall him in Treme. Barely recall him from The Wire. The guy's a good actor and I'm glad he takes diverse roles.

From Generation Kill! He was awesome in that, when he appeared in Tangerine it made me smile, i love his character in Generation Kill, you should watch it, it's a fantastic miniseries
