Netflix is dying but that's ok

The continuously rising subscription price, the content moving to the competition, the decline in quality new content, the planned commercials, the crackdown of account sharing. And now, finally, the steady acceleration of the net loss of viewers and the resulting drop of share prices from $700 to $226 over the last 6 months..

It's been fun but I believe it's time for something else.

Their entertainment is strictly catered towards urban women 10-50 yrs old. I am surprised how long this lasted.

Yeah.
That sharing crackdown.
I'm a streaming freeloader.
Netflix was always chill with that.
I mean, I'm still free streaming it .. but I'm kind of hurt that they don't want me to (•‿•)

I'm old and don't even know how to stream (unless it's free like Peacock) so I definitely don't know how to be a streaming freeloader. And to think at one time I thought I was one of the sharper pencils in the cup.

The reason I'm here is I ran into this on my selected reading list.
