I do wonder what the cast from the tv series had to say about the film.
shareThere is a video of Mark Paul Gosselaar & Breckin Meyer on some news show (Unfortunately, I can't remember the name. Sorry!) But the interviewer asks him about this movie & he didn't have too much to say about it, as he hasn't read Dustin Diamonds book, that this movie is based on, and claims not to remember too much from those days, and certainly not the alleged negativity that Dustin Diamond claims. But, Breckin Meyer proceeds to bag on him pretty heavily...

Mark Paul Gosselaar has stated in the past that he remembers having fun working on the show and wasn't sure what the deal was with Dustin Diamond. He probably didn't say anything about it because he's already said what needed to be said about whatever nonsense Dustin Diamond spewed out his mouth.
Because sponges never have bad days.
Now I remember watching on VH1 Celebrity Fitness or something like that I think it was called. Mr. Dustin Diamond only got along with the actor who played Mr. Belding. They were good friends, but the rest of the cast Mr. Diamond had nothing positive to say about them.

I know Dennis aka Belding. He's really nice. Anyone could get along with him. Once, at our friend's bday party, a girl was PROBABLY on drugs, cause she was getting way grabby with me. He walked up and yelled "STOP MOLESTING MY SON!". I laughed, it scared her. Last time I saw him, he's lookin good. He spends a lot of time at LA Fitness Universal (so do MANY stars), and has lost a LOT of weight.
