who was the guy that got into a car accident... with his young daugther? one of the producers?? was it the guy that let her visit on-set....and what became of her? (if this was true)
It was Brandon Tartikoff, who was then the president of NBC and the one who came up with the idea for Saved by the Bell. Tartikoff had a real life teacher named Miss Bliss as a child and wanted to create a TV show about a teacher and her students. The show was originally Good Morning, Miss Bliss, which morphed into Saved by the Bell.
