At any rate, I won't bother with the obvious differences between a not-to-be-taken-literally rallying slogan of 250 years ago and the ever-present threat to random individuals and world peace by violent means. Think again, Einstein.

And yes America for all its greatness, does in fact supress other countries goals for its own ends. Cuba is a classic example. I am an Australian, right wing and fairly well off but acknowledging faults in your friends does not make you anti- that friend.
