Han = lone survivor of Younglings Slaughter?
Just a theory here. By my calculation Vader was about 40 in ANH, and Han was abut 30. So that would make Han about 10 when Anakin went nuts and killed all those kids.

shareExcept Han rejects notions of the force in A New Hope and hokey pokey religions.
shareBecause he was traumatized, and swore off the force.
shareNah. He's not a Jedi, nor is he a Force-user. He's just a smuggler, a scoundrel, and a scruffy-faced nerfherder.
shareWho has never shown any sign of Force ability, even though he spent much of his adult life with a Force-sensitive wife, a Jedi brother-in-law, and a Force prodigy son. If he had any ability, you'd think one of them would have noticed.
So I REALLY hope that the writers of this movie don't use your idea, and I wish I could be confident that they won't.
Maybe the growth of Han's metachlorians were stunted by his Cologne. Or by chewbacca's flea and tick collar.
