Who dies?
I know some of you will instantly respond with "go see it to find out" but I am the carer for someone who gets upset at some cinematic deaths - actor/actress, method, etc. - so I need to know in advance who dies before seeing a film with them and I can't find any spoilers elsewhere online.
Almost everybody dies. All the main characters die.

you could be right but I thought her falling asleep indicated she was already type 4 or type 3, in any case the sleepy phase of the infection
