shareLike many critics have stated this is a slow one for a thriller but Cage still has a couple good freaky moments. The twist was a bit of a surprise. I never heard of ‘fatal insomnia…’ WTH is that? Wouldn’t you just pass out and sleep for 20 hours?!?
Anyway, pretty decent but I mostly just like Cage doing his thing.
The twist wasn't a surprise to me, I saw that coming a mile away. I suspected it when he sees his son walking up the street in the middle of nowhere (why would his junkie son do that?) when he just got out of prison and the big red flag for me was when he was yelling for him the morning after in the hotel room and he doesn't respond/was nowhere to be found, that's when it was obvious to me it was all in his head. Kinda reminded me of Michael Myers in RZ's Halloween II when he kept seeing his mom and the white horse.
shareGood eye!
