I love Bullock as a character. And I liked the episode in and of itself. But I feel like at this point, the 5th-last episode, it's a bit of a misuse to spend so much of it on backstory of a supporting character, especially as I don't see it having a ton of bearing moving forward.

Yeah it was a bit weird this episode.

Like they had a script they'd forgotten about from a previous season and decided just to go with it, even although it didn't really make much sense in the midst of the nonsense isolated Gotham season arc.
