The Todd Family's Accents
The Todds, an African-American family from Alabama, were introduced at the beginning of season 4. Usually the British series are meticulous with details, but it seems no one thought to consult an ACCURATE dialect coach. The Todd family's "southern" accents are thoroughly wrong. I can't judge too much though. I'm reading the Cormoran Strike novels, and there's occasional mention of the different UK regional accents. I have no idea of the differences among them.
